1. How to request deletion
You can request deletion without signing in. Email admin@nusa-bridge.com, preferably from the email address registered to your Nusa Bridge account, with the subject Nusa Bridge Data Deletion Request.
- Include your full name and registered email address.
- Tell us your account type: candidate, company, or recruitment partner.
- Specify whether you want to close your entire account or delete particular documents, profile details, or recruitment records.
- Send the request and follow the identity-verification instructions from our team.
No reason is required for making a request. If you cannot access your registered email, explain that in your message so we can arrange an alternative verification method.
Request data deletionThis button opens a draft in your email app. Review and send the email to submit your request. Opening the draft does not send a request or delete data.
2. Verifying your request
We verify that you own the account or are authorised to act for the person or organisation concerned before deleting or releasing records. We will ask only for information reasonably needed for verification.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or passport and identity-document copies in your initial email. If additional evidence is necessary, our team will explain a suitable secure method. An organisation representative cannot request deletion of another person’s independent account without authority.
3. What can be deleted
Depending on your request and applicable obligations, deletion may cover your sign-in account, candidate profile, contact details, education and work history, language and qualification records, uploaded documents, and associated personal recruitment records held by Nusa Bridge.
You may request removal of individual records while keeping your account. If you want account closure as well, say so explicitly. Employer and partner requests are reviewed to distinguish personal information from organisation records and information belonging to other users.
4. Records that may need to remain
Some information may need to be retained to meet a legal obligation, establish or defend a claim, investigate fraud or security incidents, or maintain a proportionate record that your request was handled. Retention must have a lawful basis and be limited to the necessary information and period.
We will explain any relevant exception and the scope of information retained. Irreversibly anonymised information may remain because it no longer identifies you. Protected backup copies may persist until overwritten through the provider’s backup cycle; they are not a reason to resume ordinary use of deleted information.
5. What happens next
Our team will acknowledge your request, verify the relevant account and scope, and assess any active recruitment process or retention requirement. We will handle the request without undue delay and within any deadline required by applicable law.
You will receive a response explaining what was deleted, what was retained and why, or what further information is needed. If a request cannot be completed fully, we will explain the reason and how to raise a concern. To follow up, reply to the same email thread.
Account deletion ends access to the associated workspace. Deleted information may not be recoverable. Save any records you need before requesting full deletion. If you change your mind, contact us promptly; a request can only be stopped if the relevant deletion has not yet been completed.
6. Employers, partners, and local copies
Information already lawfully received and independently held by an employer, kumiai, support organisation, or other recipient may be subject to that organisation’s own obligations. Deletion from Nusa Bridge does not automatically erase independent copies. Ask us for help identifying the relevant recipient, or contact that organisation directly.
Clearing cookies or browser storage, uninstalling a browser, or signing out does not delete a live Nusa Bridge account. Conversely, a server-side account request does not clear records stored only in your browser. To remove local workspace preview data, clear this website’s site data using your browser settings.
7. Other privacy requests
If you prefer to correct information, obtain a copy, withdraw consent, or restrict processing instead of deleting your account, tell our team what you need. Read the Privacy Policy for more information about your rights and how the platform handles personal information.
For assistance or concerns about the outcome of a request, contact admin@nusa-bridge.com. You may also raise a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority under applicable law.
